My next movie from Netflix? The Propsal! I’ve wanted to see this movie for a while now. Sandra Bullock is my favorite actress and Ryan Reynolds is hilarious (not to mention extremely, extremely good looking).

The Proposal” recycles a plot that was already old when Tracy and Hepburn were trying it out. You see it coming from a great distance away. As it draws closer, you don’t duck out of the way, because it is so cheerfully done, you don’t mind being hit by it. — Roger Ebert 

As I mentioned, Sandra Bullock is my favorite actress so although the plot may have been repeated as Roger Ebert points out, the movie was still cute and funny. I haven’t seen The Blind Side yet but I am extremely interested in seeing Sandra in this movie! It’s a pity all the controversy surrounding her and her cheating husband.

I would recommend this movie if you haven’t seen it and are just looking for a cute movie to watch with your significant other.
